The works comprise the construction of all roads in the project, composed of packages 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5.The approximate length of roads listed by package are as follows: - Package 1 – 8,795 m between 12 m to 30m corridor and cul-de-sac. - Package 2 – 6,370 m between 16m to 30m corridor and cul-de-sac. - Package 3 – 7,181 m between 16m to 30 m corridor and cul-de-sac. - Package 4 – 11,364 m between 16m to 30 m corridor and cul-de-sac. - Package 5 – 1,700 m between 12m to 16m corridor width Description of Works The works consist of, but are not limited to, the following:  Site Clearance  Surface drainage network  Foul sewerage works  Earthworks  Granular sub-base  Asphalt works  Kerbing works, footpaths, and paved areas  Traffic signs and road markings  Public utility services: provision for future services; diversions and protection of existing o Water works, full network o Street lighting, full network o Q-Tel works, full network o Electricity works
